1. Who We Are Chaos On Canvas ("we", "us", "our") is an artist-run online store operated by Stephanie Rene, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We sell original artwork, fine art prints, and made-to-order apparel and accessories.

  • Account & order data: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment information when you place an order or contact us
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies collected automatically when you visit our store

  • Printify — print-on-demand fulfillment partner (receives shipping details to produce and ship orders)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

7. Data Retention We retain order data for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
