Shipping & Orders

How long does production take?

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days for prints, garments, and accessories before your order ships. Custom commissions take anywhere between 1–3 months depending on size and complexity.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are: Canada 5–10 business days, US 5–10 business days, International 10–20 business days. Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please double-check sizing guides before ordering. We do accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of receiving your order. To submit a claim, please contact us with a photo of the damaged item, your receipt, and a timestamped photo.

How are your products made?

Most products are made to order — each piece is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted works of art.

What printing method do you use?

We use different methods depending on the product to ensure the best quality result:

  • Art prints — Giclée printing on 175gsm fine art paper

  • Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats) — DTG (Direct-to-Garment) & Embroidery

  • Tote bag — DTF (Direct-to-Film)

  • Accessories & drinkware — Print-on-demand decoration

  • Original paintings — Hand-painted original artwork

Will the colours look exactly like the screen?

For made-to-order products, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and the material of the product. We do our best to represent colours accurately in product photos, but slight variations are normal. For original paintings, colours are photographed in natural light to be as true-to-life as possible, though slight variations may occur between the photo and the physical piece.

Do you offer custom commissions?

Can I rent artwork?
