Dear Chaos Crew,
The ongoing trade tensions between Canada and the United States have created real and meaningful challenges for small, independent businesses — from rising cross-border costs to uncertainty around duties, tariffs, and fulfillment.
After careful consideration, I have made the decision to temporarily suspend international shipping and limit operations to Canada only, effective September 1, 2026.
Additionally, some products in our shop will be removed from sale due to being manufactured in the United States — making them no longer viable to offer under current trade conditions.
This isn't a decision we made lightly. Operating responsibly right now means making difficult choices — including pulling products we love until the situation changes.
What this means for you:
- Canadian customers: our available collection remains at chaosoncanvas.ca with the same quality and service you expect. As of September 1st, some products will be unavailable — hopefully we can reintroduce them as soon as conditions allow.
- US & international customers: we will not be accepting new orders shipping outside of Canada as of September 1st. Any orders placed before that date will be fulfilled as normal.
